By Air:
By far the easiest, and most convenient way to travel to the lake. Ryanair and Flybe.com run flights from all across England to our local airport at Limoges, which is just 20 minutes drive to the lake. Use our pick up & drop off service and you can be fishing the lake in less than 2 hours of leaving England. Please ask if you need any help in booking flights, or information on bringing or hiring fishing equipment ( see equipment hire section ). Pick up service is just £5 each way per person.
Driving:
Detailed directions will be sent out on request. When using the ferries, options are Dover to Calais, Dover to Boulogne, Portsmouth to Caen and Plymouth to St. Malo.
By Rail:
Board your vehicle on the Calais to Brive train. This leaves just a short drive to Lake Heritage. By Eurotunnel Folkestone to Calais regular daily service. Or book the TGV from London St Pancras to Limoges.
